As of July 2022, Gov. Larry Hogan struck down the good & substantial reason to carry in the state of Maryland in order to be approved to conceal carry and wear.
As of October 2019, all Wear and Carry permit applications (original, renewals and subsequent) and requests (modifications and replacements) must be submitted online in the Licensing Portal.
After creating an account successfully, you will enter all relevant information. DO NOT LIE! BE AS HONEST AS POSSIBLE! Upload all documents requested, photos and even dispositions if required.
